Bryant now has its own line of quiet, reliable, high-efficiency packaged terminal air conditioning and heating units (PTACs) for use in lodging applications that require individually zoned climate control such as hotel rooms, assisted living residences, classrooms and home additions.

The Bryant PTAC is available in 10 standard models in the industry standard size of 42’X16".

The 830 Series
The 830 models are electric/electric(heat/cool). The 830 series has 6,000, 9,000, 12,000 and 15,000 BTUs of air conditioning that is available in either 230/208 volts or 277/265 volts. They can be ordered with 2.5kw, 3.4kw or 5.0kw heaters.

An easy investment on you
The initial investment for Bryant PTACs is low since there is no need for ductwork, piping or extensive mechanical equipment for cooling devices. Operating costs remain low because the units only operate when needed and according to the preferences of the occupant or the building owner through the front desk control system.
