Four Zones, Multiple Comfort Options.

Take
a few minutes to really think about your home. What areas are used most
often? When do people come and go? What parts of the house are less comfortable
than others? When you think about it, one thermostat in a home just isn't
enough. To be truly comfortable, you need control over the different areas
in your home. That's the power of Bryant's Zone Perfect PlusTM
Four-Zone.
By splitting your home into four different areas, this system sends conditioned
air to the areas that need it most. With proper installation by your trusted,
local Bryant dealer, Zone Perfect Plus Four-Zone can save you money while
keeping you comfortable all year long.

Multi-Level Zoning
Challenges:
- Hot air rises and cold air falls. And, because there's only one thermostat
for the whole house, typical systems simply can't maintain consistent
floor-to-floor temperatures in a multi-story home.
- High ceilings or large, two-story entrances can also impact the way
your system delivers comfort to your home.
Zoning Solutions:
- One solution is to separate the upper floor from the lower floor.
In addition, the upper floor may be split according to use. Children's
bedrooms may be separated from the master bedroom. Or, an unoccupied
spare bedroom could also be made into a zone.
- On the main floor, the kitchen and dining areas can be separated from
the living room or family room. A study or home office could be a zone,
or you might need to separately control a larger room with a high ceiling.
Single-Level Zoning
Challenges:
- Single-story homes are also challenging because they have several
rooms spread out across one level. No matter how well designed they
are, single-level homes still have only one thermostat controlling temperatures
in even the most remote bedroom, study or bonus room.
- Heat from the sun or shade from a large tree can dramatically affect
the temperatures inside. And, as the sun moves, its effects will shift
as the day progresses. Large windows, skylights and fireplaces may also
greatly affect indoor temperatures.
Zoning Solutions:
- First, separate the bedrooms from the remainder of the house. You
may want to separate the kitchen and dining areas from the family room.
In addition, specific problem areas such as a room that is uncomfortable
due to the sun's exposure or large windows can be isolated to better
control comfort.
- For economy, any room that is rarely occupied could be a zone.
You
may want to consider making the basement a zone if you have one. No
matter what type of home you own, Zone Perfect Plus Four-Zone gives
your dealer the flexibility to create a system that's best for your
family and your home.
